A little bit about myself, I'm spanish, 37yo, and I work in North Perth as a Head of Marketing and I also have my own agency where I work with several clients in the architecture environment.

I've recently moved here to WA and loving itso far. I'm looking for an spacious place where I can chill and work peacefully, and people who enjoy cooking (paella is mandatory on weekends) and watching movies/tv shows from time to time. I'm super chill and tidy, and love to keep the space clean and ready for the next person to use it right away.

Prior to that, I've lived in Berlin for 6 years working in the videogaming industry for FIFA, Marvel, SW and many other IPs, so sometimes I enjoy some gaming too.
