Hi everyone, Im Andrèe a 48 year-old Female looking for an unfurnished room to rent, with a bit of space.
I am currently looking for part-time work across both the hospitality and finance fields, also studying various short courses to add to my skillset.
Im friendly, open-minded, humble, self motivated, a bit spiritual. I love all types of music, getting creative with art, cooking and spending time outdoors gardening. I’ve also just gotten back into the gym. Im generally pretty busy during the week. Weekend's kinda just potter, housework, etc and Ive just started selling things on Ebay too, which is interesting, learning all the marketing techniques and about random items..
I am actively looking for an open-minded household with understanding people who appreciate a home with personality. Possibly all Female, similar age and interests would be great!
I am completely open to a bit of "space flexibility." I am happy to consider a room where the room serves a bit of a dual purpose like a shed/garage etc. I have a bed, drawes, TV, cabinet, 3piece outdoor/indoor setting, kitchen appliances etc
If theres space for a couple of pot plants, I like growing herbs, flowers, cherry tomatoes, chillis whatever.. easy.. or a balcony where I can listen to music and create art, that’s a massive plus!
I am clean, respectful of boundaries, and reliable with rent. I love a household where we can share a laugh, a meal now and then, perhaps, but also keeping personal space, down time as a priority aswell.
Ideally im looking at end of October, but into November works too.
