I am arranging accommodation on behalf of my son, who will be starting his studies at UTS in 2027. My son will be the sole occupant of the room.
He is a quiet, responsible and respectful student, non-smoker, and will be staying in Sydney while beginning his studies at UTS. We are looking for a private furnished room for exactly 4 weeks, from 28 January to 25 February 2027, before he moves into his longer-term student accommodation.
We are ideally looking for somewhere close to UTS or with an easy commute, with a budget of up to $350 per week including bills and Wi-Fi.
We also have a relative living in Glebe who can inspect the room in person on our behalf before we confirm the accommodation.
