CHAEYEON

Hi! My name is CHAEYEON, and I’m 27 years old and from South Korea.
I came to Australia on a Working Holiday visa (valid until September 2027), and I’m currently looking for a place to live :)

I’ve lived on my own in Korea for over five years, so I’m very used to living independently, keeping my living space clean and tidy, and managing my living expenses responsibly. I’ve always paid my rent on time, and I’m confident that I can continue to do so.

I’m a friendly, respectful, and responsible person who values a safe and comfortable living environment.
Having grown up with siblings and having experience living in shared accommodation, I’m comfortable with communal living and understand the importance of being a considerate roommate. I’m respectful of house rules and other people’s personal space and lifestyles.
I don’t smoke or host parties at home. I have an easygoing personality and prefer a quiet, clean, and peaceful home environment.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and going for walks.
Since I don’t own a car, a location with convenient access to public transportation would be ideal for me. I’m looking for a clean room suitable for a long-term stay, and I hope to live in a friendly and harmonious home with kind housemates.
