Hi I'm Dan,
I'm moving from the countryside to be closer to Hobart or friends and work. I am looking to purchase my own place but will need somewhere to call home for 2 or 3 months while I am hunting!
I work full-time Mon to Fri as a geologist out of Hobart and will be rock hounding and fossicking (of course) on the weekends. I'm definitely going to be taking advantage of being closer to the water.
I have lived in many share houses previously, respect others spaces and property, and understand what makes a good home (its cleaning and keeping a good sleep schedule :D).
