Hi! I’m 33, working full-time and looking for a comfortable place to call home for at least the next 12 months.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. At home I’m fairly independent and generally like doing my own thing, but I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat, share a meal or socialise here and there. I’m looking for a relaxed household where everyone can comfortably do their own thing while still being warm and considerate of each other.

Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, getting into something creative or crafty, learning astrology, or catching up with friends.

I do have a partner who would likely stay over a few nights a week, so I’m looking for a household that’s comfortable with regular overnight partners/guests.

I also have my own bedroom furniture, so ideally I’m looking for an unfurnished bedroom in an otherwise furnished home. I’m open to furnished rooms if there’s some flexibility around removing or storing the existing furniture.

Mostly I’m looking for somewhere that feels peaceful and easygoing 😊
