We’re both friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. We’re easy-going and enjoy having a chat and getting along with our housemates, but we also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.
We’re responsible with rent and household chores, and we always make sure shared areas are kept clean and comfortable.
We’re looking for a room or apartment for two people, ideally around Hawthorn, Hawthorn East and Camberwell. We’re hoping to move in around 8 Oct and are looking for a stay of around 1 month or longer.
Our budget is up to $520 per week including bills.
