I'm a 34-year-old French guy who recently arrived in Melbourne on a Working Holiday Visa.

I have a background in business and sales, and I'm currently looking for work while settling into life in Australia.

I'm friendly, easy-going, respectful and tidy. I enjoy meeting new people, travelling, playing rugby and going to the gym, but I also appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home to relax in.

I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat or share a meal, while also respecting everyone's privacy and personal space. I'm definitely more into a relaxed atmosphere than a party house !

What I'm looking for :

I'm looking for a furnished private room in a clean, modern apartment in Southbank, Docklands or Melbourne CBD, ideally within walking distance of the city centre.

I'd love to share with one or two friendly, tidy and considerate flatmates in a relaxed and respectful household.

I'm particularly interested in modern apartment buildings with an on-site gym and an indoor swimming pool, ideally with a sauna or spa. Having my own bathroom would also be a big plus !

Budget : Up to $430 per week, including bills.

Move-in date : Around 29 October.

Length of stay : Approximately 4 months.
