I’m from the UK but my parents moved here when I was a teenager so I have PR.
I only moved last year so I’m currently crashing with my parents while I finish converting my UK legal qualifications into Aussie ones.

I am currently lining myself up with a firm which will be based in the city so I would like to find someone I can move in with/team up with once I have my job lined up. As I’m currently with my parents I’m on no timeline, I’d rather find the right person!

Alongside my legal career, I am also a yoga teacher. Ideally I would want somewhere with a spare bedroom so I have a space where I can plan classes.

Music is practically air to me. I love live gigs from an open mic night to a full techno rave. I come with a record player, and some hefty speakers so someone who appreciates music with an eclectic taste would be best. I’m very respectful with music, I would never blast it away while you’re trying to work/sleep. My house mate in London worked nights so I am used to having to wear headphones instead of use speakers.

In terms of cleanliness and house vibes, I like to have a well put together space. I like a fun but curated vibe and I like to keep my house looking like a show home. My only real “rule” is leave a room the way you found it.

Despite having been here for a year I’ve been living pretty far away from where everything happens and I’ve been pretty busy with teaching and studying (and at one point trying to work full time as well), so I haven’t met a lot of people. I have a few friends but would love to live with someone who wants a friendship too!

I’m a solo recharger so once my beans run out, I’ll be in the bath for about 2 hours and then binging SLOMW for the rest of the day. After that I’ll be back to my usual, annoyingly energetic self.

Last thing, I’m a morning person! I like to get up, work out, get coffee, and just enjoy my mornings before going to work all day.

Ideally I’d like to be by the beach so I can walk there in the mornings but otherwise a 10/15 minute drive away works too!

I’m currently stealing my parents car and will either bring that with me or begrudgingly buy my own - either way, I’ll definitely need a car space!
