Hello, nice to meet you!
My name is elin, and I’m from South Korea. I’m planning to arrive in Sydney at the end of November.
A little about me
* Clean and responsible: I value cleanliness and always try to keep my personal space and shared areas tidy.
* Responsible and reliable: I understand the importance of paying rent on time and being considerate of the people I live with.
* Respectful and willing to communicate: I respect other people’s privacy and lifestyles. My English isn’t fluent yet, but I’m studying consistently and will do my best to communicate clearly.
I’m coming to Australia on a Working Holiday visa. I plan to continue working in the same field as I did in Korea, and I’m currently looking for work in Sydney. I also have previous experience living and working overseas, as I worked in China in the past.
1. Clean and responsible living habits
I’m a tidy person and value cleanliness. I keep my personal space clean and take care of everyday tasks, such as doing laundry, regularly. I’m also happy to help keep shared areas, such as the kitchen and living room, clean and organised.
I believe it’s important to respect each other’s lifestyles and privacy when sharing a home. If there are any house rules or anything important I should know, please feel free to let me know. I believe good communication helps everyone live together comfortably.
2. My plans in Australia
I’m currently looking for a job in Sydney and plan to continue working in the same field as I did in Korea. I hope to gain new experiences, improve my English, and build a stable life in Australia.
3. A quiet, friendly, and open-minded housemate
In my free time, I enjoy visiting parks, spending time in nature, listening to music, going for walks, and doing weight training.
I enjoy spending time with other people, but I also value having some quiet time to myself to recharge. I prefer a living environment where everyone respects each other’s personal space while feeling comfortable communicating whenever needed.
My English isn’t fluent yet, but I’m studying consistently to improve my skills and adapt to life in Australia. Even if I can’t always express myself perfectly, I’ll do my best to communicate openly and make sure we understand each other. I’m happy to listen, learn, and work together to create a comfortable living environment.
Lastly, I’ll treat the home with care and appreciation. Even though it isn’t my own property, I’ll respect it, keep it clean, and take good care of it during my stay. I’ll also be considerate of the people I live with and do my best to be a responsible housemate.
Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. I hope to find a lovely home where everyone respects and considers one another and feels comfortable living together.
Thank you, and have a wonderful day! 🍀
