About Me & Background:
I am currently taking a gap year before heading to the US for university studies in 2027. During my gap year, I’ve traveled to 14 countries, including previous stays in Sydney and the Gold Coast.
I have a strong command of English (TOEIC 930, IELTS 7.0, and fully fluent speaking skills). I also have professional customer service experience working in hotel and clinic front desks, which has taught me how to communicate effectively, respect others‘ personal space, and maintain a harmonious living environment.
Living Habits & Cleanliness:
I have stayed in homestays twice (1 month in Vancouver and 1 month in Japan), so I am very accustomed to shared living. I always keep my bedroom and all common areas impeccably clean and tidy, and I am extremely mindful not to disturb others. I am a non-smoker and live a quiet, organized lifestyle.
Financial Stability & Plans:
Financially, I have stable savings and investment income, so my rent will always be paid on time without any issues. Upon arriving in Perth, I also plan to pick up a part-time job to practice my English and meet new people.
Interests:
Outside of my studies and work, I’m passionate about photography (award-winning), coding (certified in Python), and dancing (former modern dance club member).
