Hi I'm Kayla! I'm 19 and looking for a place to call home in the Redlands, ideally around Capalaba, Cleveland, Victoria Point or Redland Bay, from November.

I'm hoping to find a place with friendly, respectful housemates where we can all enjoy a peaceful and welcoming living environment. My budget is around $300 per week, and ideally, I'm looking for a lease of at least six months.

I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Griffith University and working as a Relief Administration Officer with Queensland Health. I work an average of around 24 hours a week, although my shifts can be a little unpredictable and may fall in the mornings or overnight, sometimes with very little notice. I'm responsible, reliable and organised, and I always aim to be respectful and considerate of the people I live with.

I'd describe myself as a reliable, caring, creative, quiet and easygoing person who values a clean, organised, tidy and comfortable home. I'm very respectful of other people's space, routines and boundaries, and I appreciate a household where everyone can feel at home and communicate openly. I'm more than happy to have a friendly chat, hang out or spend time together when it suits, but I also value having our own space and independence.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, music and musicals, watching movies and TV shows, catching up with friends, playing games, getting outdoors and exercising. I also love learning new things and trying new experiences!
