Length of Stay: Short term rental (3–4 months) due to my work contract.

I’m a chill person, I like the beach and deep conversations. I work full time in Bibra Lake (9-5)

I am really in need of a peaceful space. As a roommate, I value communication, boundaries, and cleanliness.

I wake up early for work, but I’m very quiet and considerate of making noise. I sleep early on weekdays, but I can really sleep through anything and don’t mind noise.

I work best with a cleaning schedule where duties and responsibilities are discussed and agreed upon.

Non-smoker and not a party/club type, but I do like dancing, listening to music, and having a glass of wine occasionally.

I enjoy cooking and baking, and I'm happy to share any of my baked treats with housemates!

I need to do a visual inspection before I send any deposit or anything. I am only available for that after I close for work at 5pm.
