We’re two 26-year-old Taiwanese women looking for a fully furnished room for both of us in Hobart or the surrounding suburbs.
Our budget is up to $400 per week in total, including bills, and we’re hoping to move in on 4 November.
We’re looking for a place with:
• A fully furnished room suitable for two people
• Wi-Fi
• Access to a kitchen where we can cook
• An off-street parking space or free on-street parking nearby
A little about us:
We’re friendly, clean and tidy, and have plenty of experience living in share houses. We’re considerate of others, respect our housemates’ privacy and personal space, and always clean up after ourselves, especially in shared areas.
We enjoy a quiet home and don’t host parties. We’re both non-smokers and don’t have any pets. We’d love to find a comfortable, welcoming place to call home and would be happy to arrange a viewing.
