I'm looking for a 6 to 12 month lease.

I work full-time as a engineer. Single.

I moved down from central Queensland a couple years ago and have been mostly living in Brisbane for the last 5 years (with the exception of 2024 where I was living Munich)

On my days off, I like to go on hikes in and around Brisbane, work on my hobbies or do some reading.

I'm generally pretty quiet and not one to disturb the peace. I've my own fair share of horror stories of living in sharehouses so I know what's needed to make these arrangements work well.
You can expect that I'll tidy up after using shared spaces and refrain from doing inconsiderate things like cooking dinner at some ungodly hour!

I'm also more than capable of doing yard work if needed.
