Hey! I'm Ivan, an architect from Argentina. I've been living in Australia for a while now.

I'm easygoing, friendly, clean and respectful of everyone's space. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors, having a beer with friends and meeting new people.

I like a social house where we can have a chat or share a meal, but I also really value personal space and a relaxed atmosphere.
