My name is Georgia, I’m 27 and I’m looking to move to Brisbane in early December! I’m hoping to find 2–3 like-minded girls to team up with and rent a house together 🏡✨budget is up to $400 p/w

I’m still figuring out the exact areas, my job will be in Kedron so I am looking at Enoggera, Stafford, Paddington, Grange, New farm, Teneriffe etc or even more south like Bulimba, Balmoral etc (happy for other suggestions!)

I’m keen on somewhere with a good lifestyle, nice walks, cafes and a bit of a community feel.

Ideally, I’d love to find a 4–5 bedroom house with non-negotiables such as: a pool, air con, heating and fans in the bedrooms and living areas. I’d be looking to take on the master bedroom. I’ve come from a fully furnished house, so I’m more than happy to provide furniture and household bits to help make it feel like home!

More than just finding housemates, I’d love to create a little home with girls who genuinely want to be friends ….think wine nights, movie nights on the couch, cooking dinner together, weekend adventures and being part of each other’s lives. I love a social home where friends and family can pop over, but definitely not a party house! I also really value my own space and downtime, so finding that balance is important.

I also have an 8-month-old cavoodle, Maverick 🐶🤍, who will be joining me! So I’m hoping to find girls who genuinely love having a dog around and are happy to have him as part of the household. I’m not expecting anyone to take responsibility for him, but it would be lovely to live with people who enjoy interacting with him, giving him a cuddle, or taking him for a walk if they feel like it!

Outside of work, I love camping, hiking, watching the sunrise and sunset, getting outdoors, exploring new places and generally making the most of life 🌅⛺️

Ideally, I’d love a spare room that could double as a guest room/office for working from home, too!
