Hey everyone, I'm Hugo!

I'm a 25-year-old professional currently based in Canberra, looking to relocate to **Surry Hills or nearby** in November.

📍 Location: Surry Hills and surrounding suburbs
📅 Move-in: 10–25 November
💰 Budget: $360–450 per week, including bills
🛏️ Room: Preferably furnished

I work full-time in records management and anti-money laundering within the superannuation sector and have recently received approval to work remotely. I'm relocating primarily for the lifestyle, and am looking forward to getting involved in the neighborhood and making the most of everything Sydney has to offer.

A little about me

I'm fairly active and go to the gym or run most days. Outside of that, I enjoy travelling, film photography, cooking and exploring new places. I'm also keen to get back into squash and potentially sailing once I'm settled.

What I'm like to live with

I've lived in shared households and apartments previously and consider myself an easygoing, considerate and tidy housemate. I enjoy getting to know the people I live with, sharing the occasional meal and having a good conversation, but equally understand the importance of personal space and respecting everyone's routines.

I enjoy cooking and often spend Sundays meal prepping, occasionally getting a little carried away experimenting with recipes. I'm always happy to share food or swap cooking ideas.

I take pride in keeping a home pleasant and well maintained, and believe everyone should take responsibility for shared spaces. I'm particularly mindful of leaving communal areas as I found them and being considerate of the people I live with.

I'm looking forward to discovering Surry Hills properly, from the markets and local food spots to the galleries, beaches and places that only locals know about.
