Good day, I am an almost graduated international student needing a place to rent. I am someone who relatively keeps to himself, but is big into communication when it comes to things needed to do or accomplish. (lmk what you need from me and I have an answer) I come home late usually since my jobs are usually end in the late night.
My current renting place is a sharehouse and most of my housemates are leaving with me having to shoulder the entire house price rental should I stay.
