Hi people!

I'm a 34 yr old creative requiring a tidy, minimally furnished room in Brisbane - preferably northside.

Ideally, max. of 30 mins from CBD (by public transport) and $160-$220 per week including bills. Require room from August 7th or as late as the 30th.

Intending to stay longer than 12 months - with ideally permanent type situation.

Easy going and usually up for a chat, my only preference is a non-smoking place and a relatively quiet, secure household. I paint art- so a shack or an old room that can become a studio would be amazing. Dog loving (smaller breeds especially).

Covered parking would also be great, but street is ok too. People who play piano are always a plus - but that's not essential!!
