Hey there Hobart! I’m Riv - 29 year old moving to Tas on the 19th of November (looking to move in to a place that week).

Relocating from the east coast for honours program in social work and to be closer to the mountains. Looking for a wholesome new place to call home, only real preference is somewhere within biking distance to sandy bay campus (but also, not a deal breaker kind of situation).

Abit about me:
Had a six year aviation career that sent me all over Aus & abroad until 2017. Moved overseas to live and adventure in the mountains after that, summers on the lake & winters in the alpine snowboarding. Covid times brought me home to Australia, completing yoga/mental health courses in the Snowy Mountains and Lismore/coastal nsw region. The sunny coast in QLD has been home since 2021, starting studies in psychology/counselling.

I’m a chill housemate, I like adding to a home rather than hibernating in my room 24/7 (however value introverted time so deeply the older I get hah). I spend a lot of time hiking, climbing, biking etc - so housemates with similar lifestyles would be sweet ☺️.

Will be moving down & looking at moving in from the week of the 20th of November :)
