Hey, I’m Kim, 36, and I’ve been living on the Gold Coast for the past 2.5 years after moving up from Melbourne. I'm planning on relocating up to the Sunny Coast over the next few weeks.

A little about me: I work in social media as well as a Pilates/fitness instructor, so can be working from home some days. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at Pilates, the gym, beach walks, or spending time with friends and Honey. I’m very social and love a chat, but definitely enjoy the balance of a quieter lifestyle and love having a calm, relaxing space to come home to. Early nights and early mornings are my thing!! I am a sober girl, so no party houses (fine around people who drink, just not for me).

I come with 2 very cute companions, my golden retriever Honey (almost 2) she is VERY friendly, loves people and loves other dogs. She is fully house trained and spends majority of her time indoors. I also have a cat Rhubarb, she's 12 and pretty much spends her days sleeping on my bed, you barely see her. Both as very well behaved and house trained.

I’m very clean, respectful, easygoing, and value open communication. I take pride in keeping a tidy home and am looking for a place that feels warm, welcoming, and homely rather than just somewhere to stay. Would be nice moving into a place where we could equally become friends but still have our own lives.

Ideally I'd love a master room with my own bathroom but it's not a deal breaker. If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you 💛 Female house as well preferably. Open to short-term while I find my feet on the Coast as well.
