Hi I have a great little house to share in Melville at the moment it's just me and my dog. It's an old house that has been totally renovated so every thing is basically new. The garden is massive and at the moment I'm just starting a bit of a veg patch. The house is located about 10 mins from Fremantle, 15 mins from the beach and 10 mins to the river ( via car) and is also close to shops, cafes and PT. All the bills are included in the rent plus a few other things around the house like toilet paper and dishwasher liquid. I do my best to make the house Eco as possible so I recycle as much as I can and have a compost for the garden. I keep the house pretty tidy as it's is small but I'm not a super clean freak. The room is a pretty good size but will need to be furnished.

I would say I am one of the more relaxed guys going around as far as a housemate goes but I love to socialise with the people I live with so, if you are a hermit this isn't the place for you.
