The kitchenette does not have an oven or stove, but has a microwave & frypan. In summer you will have access to BBQ. Would suit a person that wants privacy, not fussed on having a full kitchen and no yard maintenance and needs their own space with a bedroom and study/smaller bedroom. Netflix, Internet, Furniture can be negotiated outside of the rental rate.

Nestled at the top of the escarpment, the room has lovely views over the trees with ocean glimpses. There is an abundance of bird life. The house is north facing with lots of natural light, and there is a outside setting for relaxing on the porch with a glass of wine or a good book. Reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. Easy access to walking trails through the rainforest, and only 5 mins drive to the beach. Happy to consider short term stays.
Looking for a chilled housemate who has quality banter, doesn’t mind spending some time with other housemates and who isn’t going to host weekly rave or toga parties. One medium sized room, could fit a queen bed in there and still have heaps of room for activities (ideal if you plan on living with your step-brother), has mirrored built in wardrobe so if you like taking selfies and checking your hairstyle, the room will work for you. Unfortunately it doesn’t have its own Bat Cave or wardrobe that leads to another world but it still goes alright. Love football, the round ball game, so if you're a fan you would fit right in. Would definitely be keen for a housemate who is active and would want to go for the occasional outdoor exploration. Townhouse is within walking distance to shops and the beach and train station are less than a km away. Townhouse comes furnished except your room, although can arrange for a bed and small furnishings if needed, and it will be a shared bathroom with one other housemate. Also please be tidy in common areas, thats always a plus.
A good sized room, with bed, built-ins, wall unit and small study desk - I am happy for you to redecorate to some extent.. the only items that cannot be moved from the room is the wall unit- so if you have a double bed, I can remove the single bed. You will be sharing the bathroom and of course everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. You would be sharing with two females that cleanup after themselves, enjoy being a bit social, but respect your need for privacy. I have a no smoking and no pets policy, I like a clean place, but I am not a freak about it, I will opt to go out and then get back to the clean up. I am very much an outdoorsy person. The beach is just at the end of the street, and so is the bike track and the area has a very casual feel to living - especially in the summer. The train station is about a 8min walk and the bus a 5min walk. If you think you could fit in, love to hear from you :)
This house would suit a female mid to late twenties. It’s a medium sized old fashioned house with a resident lap dog and two outdoor cats. I’m the owner and I don’t always live here but for now I am back to fill the room...There are two wonderful flatmates here, very friendly and home loving earthy types ..one 25 year old Kiama male for two years already ( he’s the folky guitarist ) and one 27 year old female from Brazil who’s been here about a year ( she’s the surfer ) It’s on the bus route for Wollongong UNI right outside the house ..The room is very sweet and old worldly furnished. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom has a spa shower. veranda is were we eat breakfast or chill. Beautiful back garden ..and healthy veggie patch ..wood fire in Winter in the lounge. We mostly do our own individual cooking but occasionally have gatherings of our friends and there’s a fire place in the garden too.
