We are an easy going household with a room vacant at beautiful Bulli Beach - 5 mins walk to the beach - large double story 4 bedroom house with heated pool, hot tub and 5 min walk to Bulli Train station. Train to Wollongong and University takes 13 minutes and connects with Free Bus. Share with me and my two girls aged 22 years and 14 years. Two little dogs and one cat (pictured being an utter princess with view from upstairs balcony). Beautiful big fully furnished house with heated pool, hot tub and spacious garden very close to beautiful Bulli Beach and Bulli train station. We are a very easy going household with me (fulltime working health professional, and girls - Uni student aged 22 years and 14 years. 2 little doggies and an ocassional princess cat (see pic from top balcony).We are busy, independent and we come and go as we please. sometimes we get together for dinner or BBQ, but usually it is all very unpredictable and easy going. The beach is close by, within 5 min walk and very close to train (5 mins) that takes you to Uni or hospital in 13 minutes. We have had lots of uni students, international students, travellers and hospital workers stay here over the years.

An undercover area with outdoor furniture to sit out under on our many sunny mornings. Also for your use there is a shared clothes line and grassed area which will also be used by us and our very friendly Toy Poodle. All of the furniture is very good quality and well looked after such as a Queen size timber bedroom suite with a good quality latex mattress with two bedside drawers, lamps and a tall boy. Room for rent in ground floor 2 bed unit, East Corrimal, 750m from Corrimal train station and directly outside the unit is the number 4 bus stop. Here's what makes this home slightly out of the ordinary, I own two 4 year old, female, indoor-outdoor cats, and I also work three days a week in Sydney, and stay up there Thursday to Monday. So whilst that means you would have the flat to yourself every weekend to relax in, I would ask you to once a day put down food for the cats, and give them a bit of a pat and some love. So, this unit is specifically suited to cat lovers, who like their own peace and quite, but want to share their space with two sweet cuddly loving cats. Room is 3.6m x 2.6m with BIW which I can furnish with a single or double bed if you'd like. (It's not a huge room so if you put say a queen in there there isn't room for too much else). I can also offer a small desk and some drawers if you need, otherwise happy to offer it unfurnished. The furniture is not expensive so the room is the same price furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is stocked with pots, utensils, fridge, oven, kettle, George Foreman grill, cake tins, slow cooker etc. which you're welcome to use. We have our own washing machine and half laundry inside the unit, in the bathroom, with clothes line out the back. I can provide a clothes airer if you'd like. There will be a couch in the living room, and I've got a largish big screen telly for the living room, though I haven't connected it to commercial stations ever, you can if you'd like to, I usually just use Netflix/Stan which will be provided for you, along with Internet and wifi access. Water is covered in the rent, electricity and gas will be paid separately and split between us. I like a clean place to live, bathroom and kitchen especially, but I don't mind a bit of clutter or untidiness, just not excessive, and not if it interferes with being able to clean. Cleaning would be shared between us, or a cleaner can be employed if we both feel that's a better arrangement. Not a party house, it's in a block of units so any excessive noise would be unacceptable. But definitely I'm wanting to create a warm friendly space. Friends and partners welcome, people staying over is fine, I have a number of friends that travel so would myself have mates to stay on the couch on occasion too. Couples welcome, pets such as cats and dogs not compatible, my two girls don't play well with others I'm afraid. But if you have pets you'd keep in your room I'd consider. The property is nicely shaded by some lovely big trees, and the breeze comes off the ocean right in through to bedroom windows, so it will be a really lovely sanctuary in summer time out of the heat.

I try to minimize clutter, so there's lots of shelving and cupboards ready for you. I have a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, large pantry and on the lookout for a blender) and a washing machine. Internet is NBN and is 100gb. Bills like internet and electricity will be split, water is free, and the lawns are also taken care of! It's an insulated roof and has great cross ventilation, so it's good in Summer, and holds it's warmth pretty well in Winter. It doesn't have a garage, so some sporting equipment (bikes, surfboards etc) either live in the courtyard or inside.
