Very quiet street, house has glimpses of ocean - only moments from the beach and a few minutes drive to public transport. Large clean carpeted room, 3m x 4m approx, with own ensuit bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) built-in wardrobes and dressing table and could be fully furnished if needed. Room looks out onto lush garden and bushland, and gets the morning sun. House has large modern kitchen, separate relaxing areas/lounge-rooms - one with a super large dvd screen (but no actual t.v. reception but spare TV if you want that) indoor laundry, and storage, including some garage space. Share with two other creative, considerate, kind and thoughtful professional adults, (one of which is hardly ever present) and .occasionally a lovely dog. This house has great access to the best walking tracks and the train/bus station is 10 mins walk down the road.
A room is available in my two bedroom unit in the heart of Thirroul, we're surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars and are just a short walk to the train (one of the express stops between Sydney and Wollongong) and to the beach. As well as the furnished bedroom, the unit has a decent sized back deck with views of the ocean off Thirroul Beach, and a sizeable shared carpark out the back. It's a great spot for an Illawarra local, or for someone wanting a reasonable commute to Sydney without the Sydney rent price.

Sad to say but my Columbian flat mate needs to move closer to Sydney for work. This unit is five minutes walk to two natural beaches in Bulli. It's clean and quiet with only three other units in the block. I have been here for nearly four years and it's just a delightful area to live in.
The location is AMAZING, a 4 min walk to Bulli Beach, a 10-15 min walk to Bulli station and a2 minute drive to Woolworths. Being able to pop down to the beach for a swim after work is the best! If you’re into surfing, Sandon Point is a stones throw away as well. You can see Bulli Beach from the road outside the house. There's a huge porch with table and chairs surrounded by trees at the front of the house - perfect for BBQS and afternoon drinks on a nice day. We have a lovely fully furnished Guest Accommodation at the back of our property. It has a lounge and bedroom combined with a separate bathroom and combined laundry, there is also a food preparation area with a sink and fridge. An undercover area with outdoor furniture to sit out under on our many sunny mornings. Also for your use there is a shared clothes line and grassed area which will also be used by us and our very friendly Toy Poodle. A Side entrance with a secure gate with sensor down lights, there is also ample street parking. All of the furniture is very good quality and well looked after such as a Queen size timber bedroom suite with a good quality latex mattress with two bedside drawers, lamps and a tall boy. Close to the beach, relatively close to train station and local shops. Rent per week includes all bills. Also has a great view of the Escarpment which is awesome to view from the massive balcony, really good during sunny days. I know the kitchen is old, but it will be upgraded in the future.
