1 x private room available. House is in a prime location located a couple of minutes from the beach, can see the ocean from the doorstep. It is within walking distance to cafes and is in the perfect location for the summer. The house is older but has a lot of character. It is really quiet and peaceful here and I would like to keep it that way, so no party people sorry :( I live a very healthy clean lifestyle so hoping to find someone who is on the same page. I am 34 years old, and I am an artist. I enjoy pilates, playing guitar and travel. You will be sharing with 2 females and a little Pomeranian dog ☺️
