The room we are offering is huge double room and has sweeping water views of Austinmer and Thirroul. It is attached to a large share study (giving extra privacy) it has its own sunny bathroom. We are 2 mins walk to the beach, rock pools and an array of cafes and shops, as well as close to many bush walks and bars. The house is an amazing 70's style with wooden floor boards, high ceilings, and spanning glass windows to enjoy the water views or garden. We also have a huge backyard with BBQ and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views all year round.

House has a big backyard, floorboards throughout, carpeted bedrooms with built in+mirrors, separate toilet and bathroom. Specifics about the house: - Rent is $165 per week - NBN internet for $24 p/m each - Water / Electricity split equally every quarter. This property is great as it isn’t right in the Wollongong CBD but it’s only 10 minutes away via car. Also only 10 minutes away from the UOW. Internet, water and electricity are all included in the rent price. 10 minute walk to Woonona train station. 15 minute walk to the beach.
It is a large bright and airy room, large fitted wardrobe, at the far end of the house, with its own entry. The house is in a quiet street, nice garden, large veranda with great ocean view. It is 5 mins drive to the beach. There is a large kitchen and dining area to share but the fridge space may be slightly a tight squeeze. The place provide peace and tranquility , so it will not suit party lovers. I will also be requesting for no overnight stayers. It will suits someone who love cooking or love eating my cooking. I will also love to have someone who love plants and willing to water my plants when I am away.

Massive front and backyards. Plenty of sunshine and a covered area out back. 2 minute walk to the beach and beachside cafe! Seapool around the corner. Bike track can take you all the way to wollongong and beyond or up north toward thirroul and austinmer. We have friendly neighbours and a great street vibe.
Close to the beach, relatively close to train station and local shops. Rent per week includes all bills. Also has a great view of the Escarpment which is awesome to view from the massive balcony, really good during sunny days. I know the kitchen is old, but it will be upgraded in the future.
