the apartment is roomy and comfortable the bedrooms are large with tv included ,with a balcony with great mountain view,not too far from the ocean.It is quiet and private,.cooking is individual, and sharing cleaning is important,though it doesn't take too long as its a compact unit..I am willing to share cost of internet if it is needed. Im a 66 year old working 10 hours a week and am easy going and love music books and photography

My home is very spacious, quite area, bush setting, ocean view, lovely kitchen, wood fire BBQ, no homes to the rear of property. Off street parking, 7 mins walk to bus, 12 to train roughly. No smokers as I have given up, but didn't smoke much.I am not after party people, but your friends welcome.

Our house is close to Wollongong & Uni, about 5min drive to the free shuttle. Cute little two-story townhouse, small yard good for drinks and always tidy. Room for rent is the second bedroom which is a medium-large size with built in wardrobes. Gas/water/electricity split quarterly. We don't use much!
We are super close to the beach and have a beautifully sized home. The 3rd bedroom is VERY spacious and has a great wardrobe! The bedroom has a double bed & bedside table but if this is an issue it can be moved out. Unlimited wifi & electricity included.

The room is a great size and offers very spacious BIW and large window with wind down shutters. The room is located upstairs where there is one other bedroom and the bathroom. Upstairs also offers storage cupboards if need.
