I am travelling Europe for a few months and leaving my room in a shared house in Bulli for about 2 and 1/2 months. The house is right on Sandon point so a 1 minute walk out to the point or to the beach. The room is fully furnish with a built in wardrobe bed and bedside table. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and also the living area has it all. as well as a balcony to watch the wales breaching whilst you eat your brekkie. A coastal abode for the low low price of $110 a week. Im off to Spain on the 31st of May so my room is available for 2 months, but theres another room going for 3 months as soon as I get back so theres the option to stay for 5. By room I mean half of a garage, sharing with one Jewellery maker and one writer, who both use the space sporadicly during the day. But its really cosy with a little hang out area with coastal views at the foot of your bed. Most of the time its like having your own level in the house with an ensuite. The rest of the house is amazing, 3 levels, 3 bathrooms. A bush track at the back of the house that runs straight to the beach. Only 1 hr from Sydney.
Nestled at the top of the escarpment, the rooms have lovely views over the trees and the ocean, and there is an abundance of bird life. The house is north facing with lots of natural light, and there is a outside setting for relaxing on the porch with a glass of wine or a good book. There is air conditioning to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Easy access to walking trails through the rainforest, and only 5 mins drive to the beach.

The house is a beautiful two storey light filled spacious area, two bathrooms with large claw bath, amazing stained glass windows throughout the house, open fire and a potbelly stove, outdoor fire area, well equipt modern kitchen, pool (maintenance part of rent), large outdoor studio, large garden area and double lock up garage. We are seeking a getaway home from the city and looking for someone friendly, easy going and able to muck in with house hold. The room available is slightly smaller than the others and without a view to the ocean and this is reflected in the room price to be fair. 5 mins walk to train station, 20 mins to secluded beach and RNP coastal trek. An undercover area with outdoor furniture to sit out under on our many sunny mornings. Also for your use there is a shared clothes line and grassed area which will also be used by us and our very friendly Toy Poodle. All of the furniture is very good quality and well looked after such as a Queen size timber bedroom suite with a good quality latex mattress with two bedside drawers, lamps and a tall boy. Also a heater and dehumidifier. Fully tiled throughout with floor rug. We are approximately 1.3 klms walk to the Beach, close to Local Shops, Medical Center, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Clubs and Gyms. Our street is the first one in Bellambi and an easy paved walk to the station at the end of the street for a train to the City or Wollongong. Easy access to Memorial Drive which takes approx 10 mins to Wollongong and then just up the road to the University. There is plenty of on street parking. Go for a lovely drive along the coast road and experience the Sea Cliff Bridge up to Stanwell Tops and watch the hang gliders. Or travel south to beautiful Shellharbour for the day, the places to visit are unlimited in the beautiful Illawarra. About us and our expectations. We are hard working, friendly & helpful people but are private and respectful. We are extremely clean and house proud and value our home and furnishings. We are looking for someone of the same mindset. It would be expected that whoever stays there keeps the accommodation and the enclosed outdoor area in a very clean and orderly manner at all times, with regular cleaning of the shower, toilet, vanity, floors, furniture, benches, sinks and outdoor flooring and furniture. This is a non smoking property. And definitely no pets. There is no parking in our driveway at anytime. The water and electricity are included in the accommodation with the realization of not wasting these resources by leaving them running is a must. Our house is easy going and friendly. We like to keeps things neat and tidy. It is an open living layout so there is a lot of space with a big backyard for entertaining and a shed out the back. Our house is pet friendly, we have one dog and four cats who are playful, cuddly and friendly. Unfortunately we have reached our housing limit for pets. We are really close to towradgi train station and surrounding bus stops if needed and close to Corrimal shops. Plenty of storage space in room for rent so no wardrobe needed.
