About the property
This is a short-term sub let from April 29 - August 10(ish)
House: Our amazing sharehouse is looking for a subletter (or a couple) to enjoy our large ocean view bedroom overlooking the cliff at Austinmer and Thirroul. The house is large and spacious with a backyard and a deck overlooking the ocean. Walking distance to both Thirroul and Austinmer beaches, bus stop to Wollongong close by. 10 minutes to the train stations. The main bathroom is the most beautiful aqua and pink room with gold mirrors and shower, maybe the best room in the house.
Private room: The room for let is the large upstairs floor which has 3 rooms. There is a main large room with ocean views (high on a hill overlooking Thirroul beach and south toward Sandon point break). This room is set up as a private lounge area, and has dividing curtains that lead into the large bedroom area.
There is a second large room attached, which looks toward the escarpment. It is currently a creative space/study, but could function as a second bedroom if you wanted to share.
There is also a very small ensuite attached.
We have a cleaner that comes once a week (for shared spaces only and the ensuite), which is covered in the price. Decent internet, a smart TV, ceiling fans, and plants. These are all included in the price.

About the flatmates
Who's here? We have awesome housemates all late 20s early 30s. The vibe is low-key and relaxed, keen for a chat and a drink if you're hanging around but also enjoy our own space.
You’ll be living with two lovely housemates who live in the downstairs rooms. Ruth works in hospo and loves to sew, and Izzy is a young professional who loves the beach and a chill beer on the balcony.
We are Sophie and Andy who will be off on an adventure, and are hoping you can rent our lovely space.
The house is large enough that there is social times if you want it and quiet times if not. The upstairs space is very private, and the kitchen is large.
