One to front patio and rear to shared garden. Own use of kitchenette inc fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, utensils etc. Own use of bathroom and toilet. Your living space will all be on ground floor and myself (40yr old female) and my two daughters live upstairs. No pets, no smoking, professional female preffered.
Choice of two rooms ($200 and $180) to rent in a 3 bedroom house (actually 4 if you count my separate living space as a bedroom, although I have my own kitchen and lounge downstairs). Included in rent are unlimited internet, water, electricity, toilet paper, and detergents, use of sheets, and towels, and cleaner once a fortnight. No bills to pay. The house is on Shakespeare Parade with a bus to Petrie or Lawnton train station almost at the door. It is 1.8 km to Bray Park train station and about the same distance to Strathpine shopping centre. The location is quiet and the house backs onto a park (Rob Aker's Reserve). There is space in the driveway for 2 cars plus space on the street if need be. The cleaner does the communal areas upstairs for an hour each fortnight. If you need more this can be negotiated with the cleaner and will be extra. Everyone still needs to clean up after themselves (including space in kitchen cupboards and fridge), but having a cleaning service just ensures a certain standard is maintained. I have a single bed and mattress available but you are welcome to bring your own. Or I can provide a Queen size bed in the larger room. However, I do not accept other guests staying over. You can have your choice of two rooms - one large ($200) and one smaller ($180). Both have built-in wardrobes and will soon have ceiling fans. Both face the cooler side of the house away from the street.
