** I am posting on behalf of my father and his share house seeking a flat mate

There are two rooms currently available located downstairs and upstairs of the house.

Room 1 - downstairs
This room is spacious, furnished and includes a walk in wardrobe.

Room 2 - upstairs
This second bedroom is very large and spacious, with a large walk in wardrobe.

The rent is $200 for each room. Two weeks of rent in advance upfront for $400 (this will be the bond)

This is a large two story house with five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very large backyard with 1 acre. Parking is available in the front driveway or backyard. Close to Bald Hills train station (5 min drive) and less than a 5 min drive to Bracken Ridge Plaza. About a 2-3 min walk to a bus stop.

Internet is $20 a month and electricity is split every three months ($150)
