It has direct access onto a huge balcony where you can enjoy the greenery and beautiful weather under cover.
The rest of the house is shared with a male and female housemate (single occupants of the other 2 rooms) in their late 20s who are super respectful, quiet yet friendly. A sweet medium sized doggo also lives in the house.
It is expected that weekly cleaning of the common areas is shared amongst the three.
The ground floor of the house is occupied by the owners (a family with a small dog) and you can access the huge backyard provided you are super respectful.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and enjoys ocean-like sounds of Gympie Road 😂
Whilst not a new house, it is being renovated.
A large backyard provides space and greenery.
The train station is a 12m walk away, and the CBD a 30m train ride. Bus stop at the end of the road also connects it well North and South way.
