I live in the bottom part of the house and my daughter ( a busy dance teacher ) in one of the four upstairs rooms. Her room and all the other 3 guest rooms have their own en/suites. There are actually 5 bathrooms in the house including 5 toilets, plus 2 other toilets. It is a short walk to Camberwell station in a leafy and quiet street. There are no bills to pay. I cook most nights and we eat about 7 or a bit later. Most of our guest have been happy to dine with us, saving money of course. Others may prefer to dine out. Good conversation is very important to me and my daughter...balanced with privacy of course (best of both worlds). Guests who have initially been worried about the rental price have found that it has worked economically for them with the lifestyle, privacy and included benefits (e.g. laundry with washer 2 dryers and detergent all included).
