Private room, safe and homely, a beautiful house in a great area. 1 room available now, in a large house. It's in Camberwell right next to Hawthorn. I live in the bottom part of the house and my daughter ( a busy dance teacher ) in one of the four upstairs rooms. Her room and all the other 3 guest rooms have their own en/suites. There are actually 5 bathrooms in the house including 5 toilets, plus 2 other toilets. It is a short walk to Camberwell station in a leafy and quiet street. There are no bills to pay. I cook most nights and we eat about 7 or a bit later. Most of our guest have been happy to dine with us, saving money of course. Others may prefer to dine out. Good conversation is very important to me and my daughter...balanced with privacy of course (best of both worlds). Guests who have initially been worried about the rental price have found that it has worked economically for them with the lifestyle, privacy and included benefits (e.g. laundry with washer 2 dryers and detergent all included). There is plenty of excellent internet included. Train time to city is only 13 minutes or 22 depending which type. The Camberwell station is a hub servicing the Lilydale, Belgrave and Alamein lines. It's leafy and quiet but close to everything.

There is a backyard where I often sit on weekends and make friends with possums. We are located a 9 mins walk from Chatham station and 8 mins walk from tram #70. There is another bus stop 4mins away. Woolies is 3min drive away. Living and kitchen area will all be furnished. A bit different to what's on the photos due to changover happening i about 2 weeks. The apartment is in a friendly, quiet apartment block. Location is on Burke road right near the shopping precinct, everything is within walking distance. Just over the road from Rathmines Reserve on the quietest road east of the river, this sunny, north-facing flat has just been made available on a short-term lease. If you like space and light this place is perfect!
