Apartment itself: This apartment is new, we were the first tenants to move in this unit. The decent sized master bedroom comes with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is mostly furnished which includes a table, a chair, an in-built wardrobe and a queen-sized mattress. We got NBN for our internet connection which is stable, download speed: 45 Mbps, upload speed: 15 Mbps. We have a kitchen area that we take good care of. An oven and microwave are there as well for you to use. Air-conditioning in the common area. We have a balcony which has a pretty good view of the area. We also have a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner in case you are wondering. Facilities: Our apartment complex has a small gym room which is free to use. A huge function room available for bookings, great place to organize parties or just hanging out with your friends and family. Easy when dealing with package deliveries, just go to the building manager’s office and retrieve them, your packages will be safe in the office. The apartment complex has a good security system that uses key tags, which are used in doorways and the elevators. As for parking space, if you really need it, we may be able to help you get one by sending a request to the agent. Transport: The 109 Tram is right in front of the apartment main entrance. The tram takes 10 – 15 mins (depending on traffic) to box hill central and around 40 mins to the city. Around our apartment: Balwyn Cinema is right in front of our apartment. We have good restaurants and cafes in our area, “Augello's Balwyn Ristorante & Pizzeria” is a pretty well-known restaurant. Woolworths is quite near, just a 9 mins walk away. This house honestly has the best location, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the main street of Camberwell, Camberwell train station, shopping centre and gym. It take 15-20 minutes to get to the city via train, and 20 minutes to Deakin uni via tram if you're studying :) It' super cosy but spacious too, so it's very easy to have your own space.
