The room is the biggest in the house. It has an aircon/heater, a huge built in wardrobe, book shelf, a real fire place (can't use it though, but still cool), a big window, an antenna cable for a tv, and pretty much everything you want in a room. We also have Foxtel in the living room and unlimited Wifi that has no dramas streaming Netflix. Straight up, this place is in a legit area. We are a 5 minute walk to the train that takes 15 minutes to get into Melb Central. We got cafes galore down Burke Rd and Whitehorse Rd. Woolies and Macca's are a 5 minute walk. And 15 bucks should get you to Chapel St in an Uber if you don't cop the surcharge. Now the boring stuff - Rent is $220 per week. The 3-bedroom apartment is situation in a very quiet street in Camberwell - street is between Toorak road and Riversdale road (few minutes walk to tram, bus stop and Woolworths), Coles due to open in a few weeks as well around the corner, the tram takes about 20 minutes to CBD - as well as the place is close to train stations if required. The place holds 3 people, and features a quiet lifestyle in Camberwell which is surrounded by exquisite beauty for hours of walking around the area. Included in my room is a small mattress, and a cupboard for storing your goods (I may also leave a small cosy couch depending on my luggage size). The place contains a shared toilet/bathroom, massive fridge and cosy kitchen. An off-street parking is also available as you can see from the photos - my housemates do not drive so if you have a car the spot is totally yours (after I leave). The location itself is the most amazing part about the place, since Camberwell is ideally located within minutes of travel to any direction of interest, and is closely connected throughout inner and outer suburbs which makes more of a more relaxing experience than living right into the CBD. Beautiful parks and walks surround the everyday life, as well as quick few minutes walks to Woolworths and local shops and other daily needs.
