There is plenty of excellent internet included. Train time to city is only 13 minutes or 22 depending which type. It's leafy and quiet but close to everything. We love it.

We also have ducted heating which makes the house nice and warm in winter and although we don't have air-con, the house is always much cooler inside on hot days as our ceilings are very high. We're in a perfect location, with walking distance to both Camberwell shopping precinct (10 mins) and Glenferrie Rd shops (15 mins), meaning Swinburne University is also easy to get to from our house. Otherwise there are trams located at the end of our street, which are a 2 minute trip to both Camberwell and Glenferri and a short ride to Deakin University and the city. There is also a bus close by which travels to Chadstone Shopping Centre and Auburn Railway Station is a 10 minute walk from our home. We also have a massive park at the end of our street. There are currently three housemates living in this house although two of us (a couple) are moving overseas and will therefore need two people to replace us. Ideally we are looking for another couple, or two friends to move in at the same time around the 3rd of March. You will be living with Jack, who is 25 years old and a nanny.
