This house will make the perfect share house. It is a large house with heaps of space. There are two stories, with three bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. All of the bedrooms are a good size. Out of the six bedrooms one of them will be a spare room. There are two bathrooms, upstairs to be shared between three people and downstairs to be shared between two. The house has a large kitchen and living area with lots of space. The house also has a large backyard filled with plants. Each flatmate will get to choose their room, so if you respond first you will get to take you pick out of all four rooms. The house is owned by the church next door. They are planing to sell it in the future however, this will be in roughly two years. In the meantime they wish to rent it out. The house is in the process of people moving out, so many things won't be in the house when tenants move in - including the dog :(. As far as furnishing goes, all of the rooms will be empty and you will need to furnish them. However, the house will remain with much of the furniture shown in the pictures. This includes: fridge, oven, dining table and chairs, outdoor table and chairs, TV and stand, couch and arm chair and more. The place has three parking spots, two in carport and one on front lawn. One of the spots will be taken by me which leaves two available spots for the first housemates to claim them. Once taken other cars will need to park on the road. I've lived here for a long time. This means that i can answer any question about the house and the area. It usually takes about 20-30 minutes to travel to the city on public transport. It is close to Swinburne and Deakin along with it being easy to access all city unis. Camberwell shopping centre is a 5 minute tram or drive away. And the tram is a 20 second walk. It is very close to Surrey Hills train station (1 Km) which takes about 20 minutes to get you to CBD. He is obsessed with cooking (it's his hobby!) and gardening, although our garden isn't that big we managed to harvest bunch of good herbs from it. We are quiet people most of the times, but also enjoy a social conversation and would like to hang out time to time. Privacy and respect is of our highest priority as well.
