All rooms are tastefully furnished with a number of living areas, and outdoor spaces to relax in too - with tables and seating, and a north-facing back garden.
A very short tram ride, or 15 minute walk, to Camberwell Junction where you will find cinemas, more shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms, specialty shops, a couple of bars ...
Tram (70) is three minutes walk away and goes directly to the middle of main sporting venues, Richmond, the city and Docklands. Also, you can catch the train, into the city, with various interesting possibilities along the way.
Parking immediately out the front of home, or in the driveway.
Hoping to find a kind, happy, friendly and intelligent person to share this large house with. There is plenty of space for your privacy - and this can be balanced with other people being here for the company.
As it is a shared home we all pitch in with regular household cleaning and, depending on 'skills', with keeping the garden beautiful and alive : )

I just read the perfect profile of a home-sharing situation that was something like as follows:
A clean and friendly home, where we pitch in and respect each other and help with the day to day and week to week tasks. And communicate - including if there is anything that each other can do differently that is possible and will make life smoother. Yes, something we will be able to change or adjust and perhaps others not.
I don't want 'tenants'. I rather appreciate sharing a home between us, and very much hope for mutual kindness. We can take this and cooperation as givens.
I share with two beautiful people who are in their later 20's and early 30's. It is a lovely household that I am grateful for : )
