The apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a small complex of 8 - mostly owner-occupied - in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in Canterbury.

Riversdale Park is right next door and it's a minute's walk to the #70 tram which will take you, in 3 minutes, to Camberwell junction shopping or direct into the CBD.

It's a 5 min walk to Middle Camberwell Shopping Centre with late night Coles and Woolworths supermarkets - and the Cheesecake Shop!

Swinburne University is:
Tram then walk - 30 mins
Car - 12 mins
Bike - 16 min

Riversdale station is about 6 mins walk. Canterbury Primary School, Camberwell High School and Strathcona Girls' Grammar are also close by.

The area is great for walking, cycling and running (Anniversary Trail outside door) and there are tennis courts next door in Riversdale Park.

The apartment is light and sunny with leafy views over the rooftops from the loungeroom and both bedrooms.

The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioner. There is also an off-street carport for the flatmate's exclusive use.

***Please note that the rent of $320 per week includes all utilities except internet. Rent can be negotiated.

The room would be great for a quiet, independent female student but I am very flexible on this. I'm looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 9 months. The room would also be available longer-term.
