The apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a small block of 8 - mostly owner-occupied - in a quiet, safe and leafy cul-de-sac in Canterbury.

Riversdale Park and the Anniversary Trail are next door and it's a minute's walk to the #70 tram which will take you, in 3 minutes, to Camberwell junction shopping or direct into the CBD.

Riversdale station is a 6 min walk and it's a 5 min walk to Middle Camberwell Shopping Centre with late night Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.

Swinburne University is:
Tram then walk - 30 mins
Car - 12 mins
Bike - 16 min

The area is great for walking, cycling and running and there are tennis courts next door in Riversdale Park.

The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioner but am open to providing furniture if needed. There is also an off-street carport for the flatmate's exclusive use.

I'm looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months but the room would also be available longer-term.
