I am looking to renew my lease of this house in June but require a new flatmate as my current one will be moving closer to work. The house is neat and easy to live in, has a big backyard and a pool. There is a great decked area with cover and makes for perfect summer evenings. It's a block off the main street which makes for a lovely morning stroll for a coffee. There is one bigger room available but a 3rd small room could be added for personal use i.e. an office. It is currently a guest bedroom. The house will be partially furnished, I have most of the basics - you will need your own for the bedroom. Reversed cycle heating/cooling and internet are in the house. Bills are additional to rent. There will be a security bond required on renewal of lease.

Dear my friend, my flatmate will move out on 1/6/2017. I would like to find another flatmate at my place for 6 months until 2/12/2017 (if you want to stay longer, there is no problem to renew the lease). As you see the pictures, the 2-bedroom unit is very neat and comfortable. All basic furniture and facilities are included such as air-conditioning and a washing machine. There is a shopping centre nearby including a supermarket, some restaurants, a laundry shop, a haircut shop, a clinic and a dental clinic. It is pretty convenient to catch a bus (H20, B10) to go to city and takes less than 30 mins. The rental price is very reasonable. Only $130 per week + unlimited Internet fee $7.5 per week (optional) + share bills (electricity and water supply).

I have two dogs, they are absolutely beautiful so they obviously come with the package of the home. the area is lovely, great for going out and exercising not to far from the city. the house is quiet and i am relatively tidy. i work during the week so i am out of the house mostly and then weekends i am home.
