A modern unit in a quiet location. There are 4 units on the property and this unit is located at the very back. The unit is close to bus stops, UniSA Magill Campus and shopping centres. Walking distance to Morialta Conservation park so thats a bonus if you enjoy hiking. The bedroom is unfurnished and the rest of the house is partly furnished. I have a fridge, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, dining table and sofa. The only thing thats really missing is a TV, which I will eventually purchase. In saying that, I am happy for my potential housemate to furnish the unit with their items, as I will happily get rid of the current furniture in the house (except the sofa). There is only one carport but I am happy to park behind each other. Rent is $150/week per person with a 2 week bond. Ideally I am looking for someone who is willing to stay for 1 year but I am flexible with anything 6+ months. The water bill is included in the rent however gas and electricity bills are not included. I am happy to show you past bills but it generally works out to be $10/week per person.
