Beautiful spot, very tranquil. There is plenty of parking, a large shed and a vegie patch. Two/ three professional peeps in large 4 bedroom house and two dopey Maremma sheepdogs. We keep to ourselves, but also up for a chat, not a party house. Smokers; really? Outside only if you must. We're looking for a working flatmate who will appreciate the unique environment here. No time wasters and an understanding/ acceptance of a semi-rural lifestyle. Must have own transport at this location.

About the flatmates

Before you go any futher: YOU NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT AT THIS LOCATION and an UNDERSTANDING/ APPRECIATION of semi-rural living. Two/ three professional working peeps in their 30s/50s living in large house on about four acres. Chilled, accepting, go about our own things, yet share and care. Two large dopey Maremma sheepdogs on property, one of which has a few trust issues from a horrid start in life and takes a few days to accept new people. After this period of adapting he's very very lovable and they are both very protective of housemates and friends.
We are off-grid for water. There is a wood burning stove, chickens, ducks (quiet) geese.
The room is currently semi furnished but can be partially furnished, if that suits. The bathroom is lovely and would be shared with two others. Starlink available. Plenty of off- street parking and a well appointed shed for projects.
We are keen to find someone who could be a good fit for us. Easy going, decent, flexible and without baggage/ issues. If this looks like something that might interest you let us know.
