Lovely, well-lit room with calming view of the garden available in a spacious, quaint house in Graceville. The room itself is massive! It will fit a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookcases and desk without issue, and you'll still have enough floor space to do yoga if you're that way inclined. It doesn't have any built in storage but we have a couple of hanging racks you could use if you needed something and there's a chandelier in the room so it's all kinds of fancy. The bathroom is shared with one house mate and there's lots of storage in there. As for the rest of the house, there's a big lounge complete with little chandeliers that's perfect for sitting and reading a book in or having a cuppa with some friends. The kitchen is nice and big and pleasant to cook in and we have a cute little back porch with a day bed that's wonderful to sit out on and study or enjoy a chat and a glass of wine on. We also have the most magic back yard that has plenty of room for growing veggies or herbs if you feel that way inclined. It also lends itself to the occasionally party which we do throw from time to time. There isn't a whole bunch of storage space and we are pretty well furnished but we are flexible and happy to rearrange stuff as needed. We do have a shanty like structure out the back though that we use for storage if you have stuff you need to store. There is also air conditioning throughout the house which is great. Lastly, we have a cuddly little doggo Bella, who is totally deaf and a total food ninja that is the princess in the house so if you're not a dog person this is probably not the place for you. However, we are also open to additional furry housemates so if you have a fur baby of your own they will be most welcome.

This cozy apartment is just next to Indooroopilly shopping centre (quite literally). The bus station is directly across the apartment complex and the train station is a 6 min walk. The room is unfurnished, but I have a spare study table and office chair if you need it. Sound/Noise won't be much of an issue, as the walls are concrete. Sound does leak through the door, so you might want to put some weather strips if you really need an almost soundproof room. Your room has a balcony attached, and you'll have your own bathroom. I personally think it's too small to accom a couple - a double bed is probably the biggest it can take. And even then, it's a really tight fit. Split-level apartment - Lounge & kitchen are separated from the bedrooms and laundry/bathrooms All common areas are fully furnished - washing machine, refrigerator, tables & chairs, TV, etc. Pictures will be updated as soon as I return to Brisbane. Air-conditioning in the lounge, but it can cool the entire house in minutes, thanks to it's large heat exchange unit. Parking - garage is negotiable, but if you have a car, you can have it immediately. Guest parking is available in the complex, but there is no on-street parking. Really, you can't park on the street - it's a single lane road with a concrete centre divider. There is literally no room on the road for your car.
