About the flatmates
Hey there 👋🏼
We’re looking for someone independent to join our lovely home in Chelmer.
The bedroom gets a lot of natural light and is downstairs, separate from the other bedrooms.
We have currently furnished with a brand new queen size bed and a wardrobe, happy to empty if you have your own furniture.
There are two lounge areas downstairs, of which we only really use one.
We have loads of street parking.
Super close to train stations, cute shops and great little walks.
We have high speed wifi

Bathroom is shared with one teenage girl 1 week on, 1 week off.
All bills included.
We do have a dog, and he is the friendliest boy ever. We are more of a family home setup. One week there will be a slightly busier feel, and one week is super quiet, with myself and our golden to keep you company, if you so choose.
We’re quite chilled, and love cooking when the kids are around every second week.
