About the property
The room itself is 3x3 approx. (Bed 2 on the floorplan) I can fit a double bed, a dresser, bedside and bookshelf in there with room to spare. (You'll be able to see in the pics). Windows don't have fly screen, neither do any of the windows in the house but the fan does a wonderful job at creating a cool breeze in the room especially now in the nov-dec heat. There is an aircon in the main space that also works fantastically to heat the whole house in winter.
You'll be sharing the bathroom with Harry and Sarah and the rest of the house with everyone. If you have a car there can be a spot for you if you discuss with Seb and Sarah. I've been parking in the right side bay. The house shares a driveway with the neighbours, which may seem confusing at first.
The house itself is an old Queenslander so it does sway a bit with some movement. But nothing that you won't get used to over time. I'd say the warm lighting in the house really makes it such a lovely place to have friends over for a drink or a catch up.
Now about when it's available. My lease ends in April but I would prefer to move out before then. I will keep this listing updated as things in my life change but I hope to out by jan-feb at the latest.

About the flatmates
If you choose this lovely little haven you'll be living with 3 others. You've got Seb, Harry, and Sarah.
Seb is your cars man. Anything cars related and he can answer. He's in fact got 2 sick cars that he's currently working on. An older ford Falcon (I think) and an old VW Wagon. He works as a mechanic for the Brisbane buses (mostly night shift) and loves to cook up a mean pasta dish. He also own the large records system in the living room and loves a good indie tune. Most weekends he'll turn up the system and play some fantastic music with a beer in his hand.
Harry you'll find with Seb on the weekends, as he also enjoys a good tune and beer. He mostly keeps to himself during the week but come the weekends, if you're a social drinker like him and Seb are, you'll get right along with them. For work, Harry helps with the Markets in the city.
And lastly, Sarah works full time so she's not home most of the time. She'll usually be in the kitchen or in her room with her awesome partner Cam. She's really lovely and for my duration of my stay has been like a close friend. Mind you, she is tired all the time but she's awesome nonetheless.
I hope even one of these cool people has persuaded you to come check out the place as I would so recommend it. I am sad to be leaving but some things have changed in my personal life and unfortunately it is my time to leave the villa :(
