Nice double bedroom available in a very neat and clean three bedroom townhouse. Fully equipped kitchen. You would have to share the bathroom with one another person. There is a small backyard as well. All bills except for electricity is included in the rent. Electricity is paid quarterly and is divided equally among all the housemates. Usually, it's never more than $100. There is air conditioning available in one of the rooms so summers won't be too hot.
