I have a room with a ceiling fan and a huge built in wardrobes available, in my Chermside home located directly behind Prince Charles Hospital. Older type of home with plenty of bonuses though.

Your room is located close to the front door and has ceiling to floor wardrobe space spreading across the wall and a ceiling fan.
Even though there’s no air con the room stays pretty cool with just the fan. However, there is a four mode air conditioner in the lounge for your comfort and free use. You do have your own bathroom and toilet but this is the main bathroom/toilet so guests will use it as well.

As mentioned the house is older but the character is there. There’s an awesome pool in the backyard that is great for the summer months. There is an outdoor entertaining space.

Street parking as it’s a single driveway.

You’ll also be sharing the house with my beautiful 9 year old border collie named Esme. She’s a very quiet but bubbly girl and loves attention and pats but can also happily lounge about doing her own thing.
I will also have my son every second weekend.

I’m looking for someone who can pay rent on time and doesn’t have issues with having a chat. But also enjoys doing their own thing.

Cleaning is split and the main bathroom is expected to be in a maintained state.
