I have a furnished, air,-conditiined room available in a well maintained, 3-bedroom townhouse in Chermside. There is a separate bathroom for use of the person who rents the room.
The unit is close to Westfield Chermside as well as Chermside library, swimming pool, busses and 7th Brigade Park.
I'm after a neat, tidy and respectful housemate who is also willing to do a few basic chores like helping with housework, putting out rubbish bins etc.. Only non-smokers and non drug-takers need apply.
