Aircon only in living room, no fan in bedroom.
Rent is $270 per week this includes water, but other bills are not included, and this will be shared 50/50.
Lease ends in June, but have got another 6 months on top of that so will end in December.

About the flatmates
I am studying full-time at ACU as a primary school teacher and working part-time. I am looking for a clean, quiet, non-party and non-smoker flatmate. Whilst I value my own space, I do enjoy company of others so looking for someone who is easy going and considerate. When not at work or uni I do like to chill at home, and I enjoy playing sports and going to the gym.
