One bedroom in Pakenham, you’d have the bathroom and toilet to yourself. Welcome to use everything in the house (washing machine etc) and would just need to supply your own bedroom furniture. Obviously you'd be able to use space in the pantry, fridge and have use of the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, tv, lounge etc. As we already have a cat and a dog - no more animals (sorry!) Must be able to live with my 2 young boys who are here a majority of the time, however we are all gone from 6.20am-5.30pm - and kids bedtime is 6.30-7.30 so it’s really only periods on the weekends you’d have to see them and we are usually out and about. I also have a night or 2 a week without them here. House has cooling and ducted heating. I also have NBN. All Gas/Elec/Water to be split upon arrival (the kids are and I are hardly ever home, so the bills are minimal)

The house is in a new estate in Officer, its a quiet area. House isn't too far from the Arena shopping complex on Cardinia Road. Also close to the HWY and FWY or a short drive to the Cardinia Road Train station. The house is new and very spacious with a small backyard.
Our housemate is sadly leaving us to move into his own place, so time for a new roomie. You'll be living with an easy going, drama free group of one girl and two guys.. We don't have rosters or anything like that, we just respect our communal environment and ensure not to leave anything in a mess. HOUSE The house is amazing... So so much space to store things and do activities. The Upwey area is honestly the most beautiful and peaceful place I've ever lived, and with the house within a short walk to Shops, Restaurants, Train Station, Gym.. Petrol Station (but should probably drive there) it's location couldn't be better. ROOM Biggest room in the house with a nearby spacious (kept very clean) bathroom shared with Jeff. The room has built-in robes and built-in desk with a corridor type thing leading into the main area- very elite. HOUSEMATES Jeff is currently studying to be a teacher while working part-time at secondary school close to home. Jeff’s specialty is baking homemade bread, but he’s also the go-to person for random facts, advice on shoes, watches and technology. Nico is our resident Dutchman - an animator by trade and music producer by night (with headphones). He enjoys screenwriting, going to gym and passionately denies the existence of his doll collection. Matilda (me) am an Interior Designer by trade. Like being fit so will often find hills to carry my body up as fast as possible (its no coincidence the 1000 steps and 1/20 are 5 minutes down the road). Occasionally has fun running into Nico at the gym. YOU We'd appreciate a similar demographic i.e. Youngish adult working professional. Respectful, tidy, little to no criminal record haha. kind of a joke but not really. We're all pretty social with each other, which I think fosters a comfortable home environment, so hopefully you're not adverse to the odd passing convo here and there!
