We are moving into a big beautiful, quirky, peaceful home in The Patch and are looking for a third person to join us! Our lease begins 27 March for 12 months with possibility to extend, so if you are looking for a secure place in a peaceful area read on! We are located off Kallista-Emerald road, but at the quiet end, on a large block filled (seriously) with fruit trees! We have 3 varieties of apples, kiwi fruit, various nuts, tangelo, lemon and many more I am yet to learn the names of! We have the freedom to add a vegie patch and do almost any changes/additions to the garden we desire. The house is located approximately 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop so a car is most likely required. The house is two storey, with the kitchen and living room downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, plus 3 bathrooms/2 toilets and a rumpus room. House has ducted heating throughout, and the enormous kitchen has a large gas cooktop/stove, plus a cosy woodfire stove and heater. The room we have available is a medium sized room with a built in wardrobe with loads of storage space. This room has large French doors which open up directly into the backyard. The room comes unfurnished ready to make it your own! The 4th bedroom is quite small so we are not entirely sure what to do with this, we could be open to the third person using this room as a study or we have also considered having it as a guest bedroom and extra cupboard space for each of us. The cost is $150 per week (paid on calendar month) happy to negotiate in regards to occupying another room etc. Bills are split between housemates, but the house comes with solar panels so power bills should be virtually non-existent. We have access to the house as the landlord makes a few last minute renos, so inspection is definitely a possibility. We are open to anyone and everyone so if you think it could be the place for you let us know a bit about yourself, your time frames and when you are available for a chat!

Extra might be required or negotiable but I'll notify you 4 weeks in advance. The security bond is required before moving-in and it is equal to 4-weeks rent. The rent is pre-paid for 4 weeks in advance. Only a current passport or Australian driver's licence is accepted as a proof of your identity; and I require your consent to take photo of your id.
