About the flatmates
Tim (50 something) and Krystal (40 something). It's Tim's house in the hills and Krystal stays most weekends. We understand the difficulties finding somewhere to stay in the Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley and the outer south east so we are offering a spare room for the appropriate housemate. The room includes use of the main bathroom, the rear lounge room for access to the rear deck and BBQ area. We run a bnb in the studio in the downstairs area of the house so any housemate has to be considerate of the bnb guests (normally on the weekend). Tim contracts to local government as well as running a property maintenance business. Krystal lives in central Victoria but will be moving to Cockatoo full-time in the next few months. Krystal loves animals and is a former animal rescue volunteer. Tim has a passion for old cars (loves a project) and he can usually be found in the garage working on something.
