There is a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, gas cook top, microwave, kitchen utensils and ample cupboard space . We are a family with 2 great kids aged 9 and 11. The garden is gorgeous with large trees and a leafy feel. The toilet and bathroom is shared so our family requires a friendly, normally respectful and trustworthy person. Must be a non smoker, have employment and your own car is an advantage but not essential. Buses and trains are a ten minute walk. We are close to Aldi, OfficeWorks, Woolies, Bunnings, Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi and the Darra and Mt Omney Shopping Centre. Your bedroom is at the front of the house, it is a single size room with a single bed and a built in mirrored wardrobe. The only thing you would need to bring is bed linen, towels and a chest of draws, or plastic draws which you could fit in the built in wardrobe. You would also be welcome to bring your own bigger bed in you wish, the rest of the house is already fully furnished. There is also a study room, which has a spare desk in which you can set up a PC if you like, or just use as a study space. The house is kept very clean and tidy and has a nice energy :) At the moment we are looking for someone to share our space with for 2-3 months, open to 12 months, depending on you and of course if we all feel comfortable with each other 🙂
