I'm posting this listing on behalf of my very lovely flatmate. I'm looking for someone to take my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Dutton Park. I'll be moving to the north side for work at the end of the month. I absolutely loved living here and I'm sad to leave. It's in a great location for anyone working at the Mater or Princess Alexandra Hospital. One bedroom and bathroom is available in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with lots of individual storage space. There's a washer, dryer and dishwasher and a spacious pantry. There is air con in the bedrooms and living room. There's an available pool and bbq. This apartment is great because it's only a ten minute walk from both the Mater and PA hospitals. It's right across the street from the Boggo road bus station and Park road train station, (with buses to the city coming every 5 minutes). It's also a fifteen minute walk from South Bank. All you'll need to bring is your own bed/desk.
The apartment is on the top floor and is situated on Annerley road across from Boggo Road Gaol. The complex itself is only about 4 years old and has lush gardens, an entertaining area and a pool. Public transport is very accessible for those wishing to travel in all directions around the city. If you enjoy an active/healthy lifestyle like myself, there are great walking spots, gyms, bikeways and cafes nearby. Fairfield Coles is only 10 minutes away and there are markets at Boggo Road Gaol every Saturday. The apartment has great views of the city and has high ceilings. The property is located 15 minutes from the city with the bus stop just across the road from the house. WiFi is available and is split evenly between the 5 housemates every month. We do not pay for electricity, just the gas and water which again is evenly split each quarter. The kitchen and living area is fully furnished so there is no need for you to bring kitchen appliances. The room I am advertising is a great size, can even fit a king size bed if you didn't have much other furniture! (Double bed is shown in pictures). Also, if you're like me and have a shopping addiction the wardrobe is huge!! The room is located at the front of the house and is very private. We are looking for someone who works or is a postgraduate student, and is out of the house on weekdays from 10am to 3pm. This is important because one of us works from home recording music during that time. We are perfectly located for the PA and Mater Hospitals, UQ, Griffith and QUT. Park Road train station and Boggo Road busway are only 25 metres away. UQ is a 3 minute bus ride away. The room is bright and airy and can comfortably fit a double bed. The place has loads of character and is well kept. The house is furnished, but the room I am letting is not. The house/yard is not suitable for dogs, but a friendly cat is welcome in the household.

I'm currently on the lease of this lovely Queenslander and looking for someone to join me. The house is located right near Dutton Park train station, and is an easy 10 minute drive to the city/valley/west end, or a 20 minute stroll to UQ across the green bridge. I have furnished the house except for the empty bedroom. The house has 2 bedrooms with an extra room which acts as storage room. The large pine wood kitchen has a 5 gas burner, dishwasher, oven, etc. The living/dining area is open planned and feels spacious. The laundry is under the house, with heaps of extra space for storage and a car space. There is also a big backyard. I have two friendly indoor cats as well so must be okay with animals. Im very good at keeping the house clean and tidy, and Im strict with cleaning up after the kitties.
