My housemates and I are going home and we need two more people to replace us! We live in a large 3 bed townhouse with 1 main bedroom with ensuite and 2 smaller bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The total rent is $500 a week (for all three rooms) for you to split however you like - if you rent individually it's easier to split the rent 160 for smaller rooms and 180 for the main. The two bedrooms left are one smaller room and the master with the ensuite. The lease available is 12 months but if you like it you can normally stay for longer! The house is hidden away at the bottom of a driveway, and is very private! Our neighbourhood is mostly quiet and safe, we live around a few families with kids. Our house is close to Park Road Train and Mater Bus Stations, with UQ and QUT only a short walk away. Southbank is very close, with cheap movies and lots of restaurants and bars. I get a lot of questions about bills... you will be renting this house yourselves, so the bills will be whatever you make them. In my experience, electricity is around 40/month, water 15/month and the only internet plan we were able to find is 31/month - but all of this varies depending on how much you use!
