Hey future flatmate! We currently have 1 single room ready for rent at only $175/ week with ALL bills included and FULLY furnished. The location is amazing, 20 minute walk to UQ over the bridge, even quicker to ride a bike (5-7 minutes). There are two train stations within 5 minutes walk and it's only a few stops into the City. There is a Coles also only 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of street parking is available however a permit is required (and really easy to get). Washing machine, irons, dishwasher and all the other necessities. Would love a student who has similar interests and keeps relatively clean and tidy. You would be joining a really friendly bunch of students (3 girls and 2 boys) who are busy but super friendly (therefore the house is never crowded). 3 of us are studying Physiotherapy at UQ and one is studying Sports Science at UQ.
