About the property
Looking for two people to fill rooms at our cozy sharehouse in Dutton park 😌 Room 1 is available 10th March and Room 2 is 1st of April. Our new 12 month lease starts in March and we are looking for someone who wants to stay around that length or longer.
The house is a great size and we love making it feel cozy and homey. We are both very clean and would like someone with the same attitude towards keeping the house clean! We previously had five people on the lease so Bedroom 1 has two options (totally up to you, they are the same price).

Super close to west end, the valley, and southbank so makes getting to concerts/bars so easy. You can walk to the Gabba if that’s your thing and also to Princess Theatre, Echo & Bounce, and Brisbane Brewing co.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with me and my friend Grace. We met doing our masters of conservation science and both work full time in the environmental field. We’re both 25 and looking for someone a similar age :)
During the week we are pretty busy with work, gym, runs, and pilates but we love watching an episode of reality tv together while eating dinner. Outside of that I love afl/live music/anything creative and grace also loves afl and live music and is always at the beach. Not a party house but we both definitely love a wine with the housemates or just a few pre drinks at the house before going somewhere!
