We have a room available in our house in border of Highgate Hill / South Brisbane just around the corner from Little Green Room café.
The house is less than 10mins walk to West End, South Bank and the pedestrian bridge to QUT and City. Our house has a huge backyard shared with the unit downstairs.

The house upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an Attic. The room (Bed 3) shares the bathroom with one other person.
You will be sharing the house with Amin, an engineer in his 40’s into surfing, yoga, rock climbing & slacklining. Rachel in her 20’s starting her PhD in human biology and Dan in his 20’s software engineer both all around lovely housemates.
We are busy with jobs, studies and hobbies. We treat the house as a bit of sanctuary. We keep the house clean and tidy, respect each other’s space, generally quiet but tend to have a good chat once or twice a week and have dinner together once a month or so.
The room rent is $275 per week, excluding bills and internet. The lease is for 12 months with possibility of extension.
We are looking for a lovely person with previous share house experience to join us and create a home with.

We are ideally looking for a clean and considerate female that we can to keep the balance in the house but that's not a strict preference, it all depends on the person and if we feel we will get along.
