The spacious Kokoda house at 39 Baynes street has great character in terms of the house itself and my roommates. We have built a great vibe and dynamic to live in since moving here at the start of the year, with a fully furnished inside and outside area. Our setup downstairs is great area for hanging out on weekends with an open area, garden, beer fridge and ping pong table. The living room and big kitchen is great for cooking and kicking back during the week.
