Room on the 12th floor of the accommodation complex meaning the room has an amazing view. Gym membership included in membership as well as access to pool table, PS3, Xbox and cinema room. Amazing location. Only 30 second walk to South Bank train and bus station. Lovely neighbourhood full of life. Also only a 20 minute walk to CBD. Could not recommend more.
Urbanest is one of the cheapest student accommodation precincts available in Brisbane. This unit is situated at South Bank, with TAFE Brisbane right next door and QUT Gardens Point campus only a fifteen minute walk away (KG campus only a free shuttle bus ride from there). South Bank train and bus lines are within a very short walking distance. The apartment has five bedrooms, with seven other tenants. The room up for rent is mine. Room is well-lit, with ample storage space and ensuite bathroom. New tenant must be a female student over the age of 16. The bed is comfortable. Room is up for rent as I can no longer live here and need a new tenant to take over my lease.
