It's small but cute and it's only like a 100m walk to south bank so at $126 a week its a no brainer. bills not included but they're not expensive. Prefer young people as the current housemates (2 girls) are both under 25. LGBTQI+ friendly. I am moving out early and the lease runs out on the 19th of january.. so you can either stay short term until then and move out, or get some friends in and renew!!
