Please note: the hanging space is the door to the left of the ensuite in the photo and has an upper shelf. 2 shelves are found inside a cupboard in the ensuite itself. If you don't have masses of clothes this should be fine for you. Other options are available for storage. This room is great for FIFO, DIDO people so dependent on your roster rent is negotiable due to less utility use. I love my apartment! Perched on Highgate Hill with big glass windows and balcony overlooking the city. Amazing view. Quiet complex, walking distance to UQ, QUT, West End, South Bank and City. Great area (never want to leave!). Available for temporary and short term stays- dates and length of stay flexible. Apartment is fully furnished: minimal and cozy with lots of plants. Lots of natural light and breezes. Balcony over looking the city perfect for wine + sunsets. You would be sharing with one other, a 30 year old woman who works in the arts full-time. Easy-going, open-minded and enjoy a peaceful home. I'm vege and would prefer to live with someone who doesn't cook meat at home. LGBTIQA+ friendly.
the house has open dining/lounge area and one bathroom, which like the kitchen its small but not cramped. there is a lil 1/2 bedroom we use for guests or whatever else comes in handy. downstairs is a large space that has laundry, spare toilet and space we use for potting, painting and storage. it's a 10min walk to south bank station and supermarket. we have a vege patch in the garden. the lease ends in early jan but we are hoping to get it renewed for another year. bills have been cheap so far and are split three ways. we love our home and want our new housemate to feel like this is their home too :)
The house has a gas oven stovetop; there is a cheap laundromat down the road, alongside several convenience stores. It's 10 minutes walk to suburbs such as Southbank, West End; the 196 bus also stops very close to here, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city from the house. The views nearby are also pretty nice as well!

This wonderfully modern townhouse is conventiently located just 2.5km away from Brisbane city, just a short stroll will get you to some of Brisbane’s most desired shopping centres, cafes and restaurants in West End and South Bank. . It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 garage unit surrounded by parks and green spaces, yet with all the essentials close by. If you need to take public transport the bus stop is just a few steps outside the complex and will take you towards the city, University of Queensland (192) or a night out will take you to the valley (196) with regular bus services. The room has plenty of in-built wardrobe storage space, opening up to a small private balcony shared with another housemate. Room rent (see below) includes the garage parking space, handy for the inner city area. The room is unfurnished, but the house is fully equipped with all appliances and items for shared use.

The Large furnished room with high ceiling is Ideal for international students or young professionals from around the world. The room has a large built in wardrobe and is very spacious. The property is centrally located with easy access to QPAC, UQ, QUT and Southbank parkland. To get to UQ is about 7 minutes and QUT about 10 minutes bike ride. Southbank parkland is within a walking distance. Suitable candidate will be someone that is quiet, clean and tidy. Someone that enjoys relaxing, focusing on study or just love having a quiet time as there is no partying in the house. Also this place is NOT suitable for someone that cooks alot so minimum cooking is ideal. The apartment has a shared pool that is avaiable to residents and their guests. I live with an friendly indoor cat named Macy. She loves attention and won't be shy around you. The ideal room-mate will love cats and will take care to ensure Macy doesn't get outside. The apartment is located close to UQ, the ferry, busses and walking distance to restraunts and bars along boundary street or hardgrave road. It's about a 10minute walk to the west end ferry, a 5 minute walk to the 192, the 198 stops right outside and a 10minute walk to the 196. The apartment is also located within a 7-8minute walk of the city cycle terminals and it's a short 10-15minute ride to the city from there. Southbank is also close with a 15-20minute walk. It's a fairly quiet street that has plenty of on-road parking. There's a nice park right accross the road too that has a community garden and a woodfire oven. Internet is included in the rent, water and electricity to be split each quarter. Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay 6 or more months, but can be flexible. Hopefully looking for someone who also enjoys video games and would enjoy playing games with room mates casually every now and then.
