I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at Urbanest Student Accomodation on Tribune Street. This unit is a room in a 5 people apartment for students who basically study in Brisbane. It will be a Single ensuite room in 5 person apartment which is for students who are over 18 years old. Both Males and Females are welcomed. The room will cost for 249 for a week. But i am willing to lower the price to 200 dollar per week for the whole September. The contract will end at 31st of Dec. You can either renew the contract to extend the period after you take over it, or you can always find another person to take over your contract as well. The place is the most social and practical student accommodation you can find in Brisbane. It's 10 min from QUT and about 15 min from UQ by public transport. Woolworth's is just a 3 min walk away and nearby Grey Street has plenty of restaurants and pubs. The city center is about 25 min on foot and 10 min by bus. It offers many shared facilities like a gym, a study room, a TV room, etc. Plus every week there is a broad selection of events like pool tournaments.
